Community Involvement

Modern Drywall believes in giving back. We annually donate both time and funding to the following organizations:
Spokane-valley-partners

Born in 2006 from a merger between the Spokane Valley & NBSP Community Center and the Valley Food Bank, Spokane Valley Partners comes from a deep history of over four decades of experience providing help and hope for those who need it most! Spokane Valley Partners serves as the only comprehensive source of social services between the Spokane City Limits and the Idaho border.

Habitat-for-humanity

Habitat for Humanity-Spokane is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry dedicated to eliminating poverty housing. Since 1987, Habitat-Spokane has built 190 homes, providing affordable homeownership as an option for very low income families. Habitat homes are built simply and affordably through partnership with community volunteers and donations. All costs to build the homes are transferred to the family. Community support keeps building expenses low, thus reducing the cost to the family.

Union-gospel-mission

Since 1951, the Union Gospel Mission has been meeting the physical needs of people in crisis. Food, shelter and clothing, however, are just the beginning. The earnestly desired end for our clients is a transformed heart through Jesus Christ — a realization that they are loved by God and significant as His children. Such change flows out to every aspect of their lives: physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual. We seek to address each of these areas and, in turn, our ministries have evolved and grown over the years to include learning centers and businesses, where education and job training can take place.

The focus of The First Tee of the Inland Northwest is to positively impact the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs which promote character-development and life-enhancing values though the game of golf. These programs are available to people of all diversities, social strata and those with physical disabilities. Children and young people who otherwise may not have an opportunity to learn and play the game of golf are welcome.
