Modern Drywall recognized for Jefferson Elementary

As the Jefferson Elementary project is wrapping up I feel it is important to let you know how great it has been to work with your company. Wally Locher started the job and quickly had us enclosed so that temp heat could start. Wally helped find solutions to issues ahead of time allowing work to progress smoothly. We were sorry to see him go.

Daniel Whited replaced Wally soon after framing started and I don t t think that I could ask for a better foreman. Daniel quickly got up to speed and the transition was seamless. He runs an organized crew and went out of his way to help me coordinate other subs so that the framing and drywall could move forward.

This was a difficult job with much of the work occurring in the winter months. Also managing the ins and outs of the various subs always presents a challenge for any framing contractor. I know that Daniels even tempered personality and complete lack of drama helped make this job as productive and enjoyable as any could be. Daniels leadership is reflected in his crew. All of the Modern Drywall’s personnel are conscientious, safe and friendly. Daniel deserves a lot of credit for the success of this project and in my view really is my “number one” subcontractor.

I hope to be able to work with Modern Drywall in the near future.
Thank You,
Jim Dempsey
